Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of shipment, provided the item is defective. If 14 days have passed since shipment, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a reversal of the payment will be initiated. If the payment has already been finalized, a cashback will be issued by the credit card company after the deduction.

If you have not received your refund despite approval, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

If you still have not received the refund after being notified by the credit card company, please contact us via the Contact Form.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange the item for the same product in a different size, please contact us via the Contact Form and then send the item to our designated warehouse (details will be provided in the Contact Form).

Shipping returns

The shipping cost for returns will be borne by us. Please send the item back using a prepaid shipping method.

The shipping cost for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

概要

当社の返品および返金ポリシーは、商品に欠陥がある場合に限り商品の発送日から数えて14日間有効です。発送から14日が経過した場合、返金または交換はできません。

返品の対象となるには、商品は未使用で受け取ったときと完全に同じ状態でなければなりません。また、元の包装に入っている必要があります。

返金

返品商品を受け取り、検査後、返品受領の通知をメールでお送りします。また、その際に返金の承認または拒否についてもお知らせします。

承認された場合は返金が処理され、決済の取消しをいたします。すでに決済が確定している場合は、引き落とし後にクレジットカード会社よりキャッシュバックとなります。

返金の承認後にも関わらず返金を受け取れていない場合、クレジットカード会社に連絡してください。返金が正式に計上されるまで時間がかかる場合があります

クレジットカード会社からの返金の連絡後にも関わらずまだ返金がされない場合は、Contact Formまでご連絡ください。

セール品

通常価格の商品のみ返金可能です。セール品は返金できません。

交換

サイズ違いの同じ商品と交換する必要がある場合は、Contact Formまでご連絡いただいた後に、商品を弊社指定の倉庫（ContactForm内でお知らせいたします）まで送付してください。

返品・交換時の送料

返品時の送料は弊社負担となります。着払いで商品をご返送ください。

交換時の送料はお客様の負担となります。

お住まいの地域によっては、交換商品が届くまでの時間が異なる場合があります。
